Caroline is a federal health strategy consultant specializing in solving complex, systemic challenges for federal health agencies. Throughout her tenure with Deloitte Consulting LLP, she has developed expertise in advancing military healthcare, leading large teams to transform healthcare policy and processes. She is passionate about mission-driven, strategic work to increase access to and quality of care for our nation’s most vulnerable populations – this includes serving as a volunteer facilitator for Deloitte’s Veteran Employment Bootcamps and Treasurer for Lillian’s List. Caroline earned a Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Meredith College. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and checking out NC breweries with her husband and dog.
