Faithe Estes is an Account Supervisor at Tucker/Hall Inc., where she has worked since early 2018. Her expertise includes strategic communications, crisis management, and public affairs. She partners with clients across industries and organizational sizes tell their stories, refine messaging, raise public awareness, and strengthen public trust and reputation. Her experience spans marketing and digital campaigns, media relations, government and community relations, branding, internal and executive communications, audience and stakeholder research, and media monitoring and analysis. Faithe works with individuals, entrepreneurs, small and large businesses,non-profits, foundations, educational and cultural institutions, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and other industries. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Faithe led public relations and media efforts for a major healthcare system, managing crisis communications and brand introduction initiatives. Under her leadership, her region achieved the highest number of positive media mentions among all eight hospital regions, including extensive national visibility.
Whether the goal is to advance a policy, enhance an organization’s reputation, or rebuild trust following a crisis, Faithe identifies opportunities and risks and develops strategic, thoughtful plans to address both. She reliably accounts for political and cultural contexts, understands multiple audiences, is creative in her tactics, and considers every angle.
Before joining Tucker/Hall, Faithe earned her undergraduate degree from UNC–Greensboro and spent a decade in education as a teacher and administrator. She worked in French, Spanish, and English while running one of Madrid’s busiest private language schools, serving clients that included the Spanish Armed Forces and NATO. She holds a master’s degree in Bilingual and Multicultural Education and has lived and worked in South Korea, Spain, France, the UK, and the United States. Upon returning to the U.S., she worked in law and immigration compliance, deepening her understanding of policy, precision, and confidentiality, skills that continue to shape her communications approach today.
Driven by a commitment to public service, Faithe built coalitions, galvanized residents, collaborated with nonprofits and political organizations, and helped advance several local policy changes. She went on to become a skilled grassroots organizer and political consultant, serving as a finance director, field director, campaign manager, and communications consultant for local, regional, state, and national campaigns.
In 2018, she joined Tucker/Hall. While based in Tampa, her work extended throughout Florida and beyond, including her home state of North Carolina. In 2023, Faithe moved back to Raleigh, where she grew up and graduated from Enloe High School. She has deep roots in the community, is an active member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and serves in leadership roles with the North Carolina Symphony, Habitat for Humanity, and Lillian’s List. Faithe looks forward to partnering with clients to navigate complex challenges, seize opportunities, and achieve meaningful results that make a lasting difference in their communities and industries.
