With a decade of legal experience in multi-national law firms and two decades in-house at TIAA, Kimberly is an authentic, perceptive, and collaborative partner. With broad legal and regulatory competencies including investment management, securities regulation, ESG management and measurement, compliance, litigation & risk management, and strategic planning, Kimberly brings a wealth of practical and legal experience to the Board of Lillian’s List. Outside of work, Kimberly has launched a 501(c)(3) Foundation focused on educational goals for a local elementary school and currently serves as Chair for two Charlotte area 501(c)(3) organizations who serve the HIV community, RAIN and the Havens. A strong believer in the power of the vote, Kimberly has volunteered and canvassed for multiple campaigns including most recently those for NC House Districts 105 and 98 and Senate District 42. Kimberly has also served the Democratic Party as a Voter Protection Associate and a Poll and Absentee Ballot Count Observer in Mecklenburg County.
