Shelley Winters is a dedicated public servant and lifelong resident of Raleigh, with her family roots tracing back six generations in the city. An alumna of North Carolina A&T State University, she currently serves as a manager in Wake County Human Services, bringing a wealth of experience and a solid commitment to her community. Shelley serves on the RDU Airport Authority’s Board of Directors and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Junior League of Raleigh.
