We believe in our candidates. That’s why we provide you with the critical tools, resources, and support you need to win.

• Early Recruitment & Training. We identify winnable legislative districts across the state and get involved early in the election cycle. There, we recruit women and provide training on the fundamentals of running for office — giving them the tools and confidence to take the first step.
• Ongoing Communication & Recruitment.Our relationship doesn’t end after training. We stay connected with our alumni, offering continued guidance and recruiting women to run for the seats that best fit their strengths and communities.
• Staffing Support.When a candidate is selected as a Featured Candidate, we help her build the right team. That includes connecting her with campaign managers trained through our Campaign Camp, as well as introducing her to volunteers ready to pitch in.
• Early Financial Support.Through the Lillian’s List PAC, we proudly provide critical early funding for our Featured Candidates — support that can make the difference in both Primary and General Election cycles.
• Sustained Investment. Beyond PAC support, our Featured Candidates are eligible for additional funding through the Lillian’s List Sisterhood, our collective giving program.
