Statement on Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Like us, you may have convinced yourself that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg would be with us forever. But last night, the legend left us, and we are shocked, saddened, and scared. She was a champion of gender equity for women and did more on the Court to advance and protect both reproductive rights and gender equity than perhaps any other Justice.
Statement from Leadership
Today, like so many of you, we are grieving the violent, needless end of another Black life. Too many have died and too many families have been traumatized because of racism. We are grieving that so little progress is being made in our state and nation to address a history of oppression and subjugation.
The Lead: April
We are admittedly disappointed that we won’t be able to come together later in April for our Campaign Kickoff. It is one of our favorite events where the Lillian’s List Sisterhood gets to meet and hear from our Featured Candidates all in one place. Since we are unable to host that event this month, we are bringing you a virtual Women in Politics Town Hall on April 27th at 7PM.
9 Things

Internships: Spring 2020
The Lillian’s List educational internship program offers valuable political experience while helping elect progressive women, who are champions of reproductive freedom, up and down the ticket! We offer spring, summer, and fall internships.
Legislative Leader: Rep. Yvonne Lewis Holley
Rep. Yvonne Holley (HD38, Wake County) has been in the NCGA since 2012. She is currently running for Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina.
